The so called “double opt-in” process is used in order to comply with legal requirements and data protection norms: Subscribers will first receive an email with a link to confirm his/her subscription. Only when the subscription is confirmed the email address will be added to the mailing list. You can revoke your consent for data storage as well as withdraw from the mailing list through the “unsubscribe” link at the end of the newsletters. What personal data to be transferred to the data-controller in the subscription process is determined by the data submitted in the input-mask.

In addition, we will store the IP address provided by the internet service provider, used at the time of subscription by the computer system of the person concerned, as well as the date and time of subscription. In case of an abuse of the email address in the future, the collection of such data is necessary in order to analyse the abuse and therefore legally protect the data-controller.

Personal data collected for the purpose of newsletter subscription will solely be used for this purpose. In case of changes in newsletter services or technical conditions, the subscriber can be informed by email as long as it is necessary for the operation or registration of the newsletter.
